Welcome to the MIRABEL Campings and Residences page. This name may not mean anything to you, so let us tell you its history.
For 3 generations, our family LENEVEU has been evolving in the leisure world, and more particularly in the outdoor hotel business. In the beginning: two brothers, united by the same passion, decided in 1996 to acquire their first campsite in Normandy, near Caen. This was followed a few years later by other acquisitions in the west of France, by the sea, in seaside resorts with significant tourist potential.
Today, we are 4 cousins-partners to have continued this family adventure: Marion, Thomas, David and Olivier Leneveu (as well as Christophe, our Breton partner). We now manage, with our teams, 8 campsites, located in Normandy, Pays de la Loire and Brittany. This family spirit shines through in each of our campsites and we are committed to passing it on to our staff, residents and guests.

Whether you are in a tent, a camper van, a mobile home or a comfortable apartment; whether you are the owner of your mobile home or a holidaymaker, we take particular care to We will welcome you as if you were at home and make your vacation place a real cosy nest, a little cocoon where you can recharge your batteries and meet your loved ones.
We defend values that are dear to our hearts and to our family: sincerity, trust, benevolence, authenticity and simplicity.

3 regions, 8 campsites up to 4 stars!
After the acquisition of our first campsite, Les Prairies de la Mer in Ouistreham in the mid 90’s, our family continued to develop its activity with a second campsite in Lion-sur-Mer, Les Roches, also in Normandy. Then a third one in Sables d’Olonne, La Baie de Cayola. To continue our tour of the Grand Ouest, we also manage 4 campsites in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo in the Côtes d’Armor in Brittany, and the latest one is Camping La Renaudière near the charming seaside resort of Pornic. Each campsite has its own services, its different types of accommodation: rental or bare pitches, its infrastructures: with or without a swimming pool, with its feet in the water or 2 km from the beaches, but all have one thing in common: the proximity of the sea!
Our wealth is the multiple possibilities we offer for any style of vacation, according to your desires, your budget, your pace.
We choose to keep residential plots and even create new ones, because camping can also be your year-round vacation home !
Over the years, we have acquired a real expertise in the field of open air hotels. Our 8 campsites each have their own identity and location, but the soul of each one is the reflection of what we are today. This is why our project was finally able to see the light of day at the dawn of the year 2022!

Our new ambition!
As our ambitions continue to grow, we wanted to find a name that would bring together, federate and defend all these values for our 8 campsites and the 3 regions they represent. And it is from this will that the brand 
was born!
This name, simple and distinctive, allows everyone to associate their own desires, their values, their feelings. The word MIRABEL, spontaneously evokes different ideas: a small fruit bursting with sunshine, a smell of jam, of pie, the home-made synonymous with memories, of return to childhood. It can also simply be associated with the name of a family home: “La Villa Mirabel” or “Chez Mirabel”. We wanted to create a brand that corresponds to each of our campsites: from 1* to 4***, from the seaside to the countryside, from the tent to the comfortable mobile home.
This common brand carries our raison d’être. At our Mirabel campsites and residences, you’ll find a fulfilling and safe vacation spot that feels like home. That’s the promise we make to you!
